An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Town Planning team in London for a Team Administrator.  The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise workload.  This busy role is part of a team of 11 Planners and reports to the Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountability 

  • Administration of a team of 11 Town Planners
  • Diary management
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls
  • General office admin
  • Printing and binding reports
  • Meeting and greeting clients

Skills & Experience

  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Knowledge of property consultancy would be preferable
  • Intermediate Excel skills and good numeracy
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organised and efficient
