We work with developers and landowners in providing detailed financial viability assessments to be included as part of planning application submissions. This includes negotiating with planning authorities and presenting expert evidence as required. We provide strategic advice on all aspects of affordable housing delivery including design, tenure type and mix in order to maximise the affordable housing values.
Our team provide formal valuation advice to registered providers in connection with their development programmes including Red Book valuations for site acquisition, s106 package deals and market values for new build stock. We are currently appointed on a number of formal valuation panels for G15 members as well as other national housing associations.
We also provide specialist agency advice to both registered providers and private sector developers in connection with affordable housing, from site acquisition and development planning, through to scheme funding and disposal.
